Stanley Murkland is a nationally ranked powerlifter and personal trainer focused on helping lifters train with purpose. His coaching approach blends structured strength programming with individual attention, ensuring every plan is built around the athlete—not the other way around. Stanley works closely with clients to improve technique, build consistency, and break through plateaus, guiding them toward long-term progress and stronger performance.

Justin Taylor

Justin Taylor is a nationally ranked powerlifter and experienced strength coach with over a decade in the fitness industry. A two-time USAPL California State Champion, Justin has competed across multiple weight classes and brings a deep understanding of strength development to his coaching. With a background in Exercise Physiology, he helps athletes refine technique, maximize performance, and train in a way that supports both progress and longevity.
